Overview

Conduit Capital Partners LLC is a private equity firm specializing in buyout investments in medium sized independent electric power plants and pipelines. The firm also provides development equity for greenfield investments and acquisitions. It does not invest in independent power plants that involve nuclear energy. The firm seeks to invest in companies based in Latin America with a focus on Brazil Chile Peru and Mexico for greenfield construction projects and the Caribbean.
