Overview

COVER PRO was created in 1992 by an agreement between the governments of Bolivia and the United States and co sponsored by the CAF with the central mission of strengthening the productive base of the economy through various means of support to micro small and medium domestic producers and the common understanding that its ultimate goal was and is to improve the conditions and quality of life of the Bolivian population.
