HI Impact’s mission is to educate the Hawai‘i market about social entrepreneurship and impact investing and to raise awareness of the unique role Hawai‘i can and is playing in impact investing globally. Impact investing can address social and environmental challenges while providing a range of measurable financial and impact returns—from impact first to financial first. They believe there is a natural alignment between what matters most in Hawai‘i: people, land and water—with what matters most to impact investors: social change, environmental stewardship, and conservation of resources.
