Ahmed Abdelkefi

Overview

Mr. Ahmed Abdelkefi is the Founded AfricInvest Group in 1994 and serves as its President. Mr. Abdelkefi is also Founder and President of Tunisie Leasing Group and Tunisie Valeurs. He was an Advisor to the Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Economic Development from 1978 to 1984. From 1973 to 1978, Mr. Abdelkefi headed a development company established by the Tunisian Government, the IFC, and various Arab investors. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Tunisie Leasing SA. Mr. Abdelkefi serves as the Chairman of the EFG-Hermes Middle East and Developing Africa Fund Limited and Member of the Board of Accor Fund (STI). Mr. Abdelkefi serves as Chairman of Alios Finance Group. He serves as a Director at AfricInvest Group and Société Tunisienne d'investissement à Capital risque. From 1967 to 1973, he held various positions with Tunisia’s Ministry of Finance and Planning where he ultimately headed the Investment and International Cooperation Department. Mr. Abdelkefi has an M.A. in Political and Public Sciences from the Ecole Nationale d’Administration, Paris and a B.A. in Economics from the Faculté de Droits et des Sciences Economiques, Paris.
