Founding partner at Vortex Partners and current member of the Board of Comfrio Soluções Logísticas S/A. He served as Director at Opportunity Asset Management, Executive VP and Partner of Banco Inter American Express (previous SRL Bank S/A), Chief Financial Officer and founding Partner of Banco BBA, currently Banco Itaú BBA. He was Financial Director of Norchem Investment Banking associated with the Chemical Bank – USA, today JP Morgan. Former Director of the National Association of Investment Banks, ANBID and the National Federation of Banks, FEBRABAN. He worked as independent adviser of Comcitrus S/A in Bebedouro and Companhia Thermas do Rio Quente in Goiás. He participated as principal in the recovery of Vila Romana Group, in Brazil, the business and functional reorganization of Comfrio Soluções Logísticas S/A and a Currency and Securities Brokerage Firm, by mandate of its former controller. Today is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Master Minds Capital.
