Overview
Carrie McKellogg is an expert in strategic planning and evidence-based evaluations of job creating investments. McKellogg has over 15 years of international policy and development experience. Ms. McKellogg is well practiced in determining optimal combinations of employment and services, identifying social enterprise models that can be scaled, and building partnerships with small and large employers. A graduate of UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Science and Portuguese and Spanish Literature, Carrie also has an M.A. in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
