Overview
Mark Almeida has been President of Moody’s Analytics since January 2008. Prior to this position, Mr. Almeida was Senior Managing Director of the Investor Services Group (ISG) at Moody’s Investors Service, where he was responsible for sales and development of Moody’s portfolio of research products and services. Mr. Almeida joined the Corporate Finance division of Moody’s Investors Service in 1988. Based in London in the early 1990s, he organized a marketing team to position Moody’s for the business opportunities anticipated from the development of the European debt capital markets. Mr. Almeida was named Group Managing Director, Investor Services in 2000, and was promoted to Senior Managing Director in 2004.
