Overview
With almost 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Michael provides consulting services to investment clients and users of retail, office and industrial real estate. Michael assists clients in the execution of acquisition through disposition strategies for commercial and investment properties. In 1999, Michael became one of only 6% of commercial practitioners to be awarded the CCIM designation. In 2011, Michael and partner Robert Conrad launched Co-Merge Workplace, a collaborative work environment positioned as on-demand work space for individuals and teams who are looking to increase productivity, increase engagement and find a better professional and personal life fit.
