Pablo Coballasi

Overview

Over the last 20 years Mr. Coballasi has worked as a private equity investor investment banker and consultant in the United States and Latin America. For the last 10 years Mr. Coballasi co founded and help built the PC Capital franchise into Mexico s leading middle market investment banking practice. Being responsible for the firm s investment banking practice Mr. Coballasi has sourced and executed buy side and sell side mandates ranging in size from $10Mn USD to $600Mn USD for leading private equity firms corporations and families. Before PC Capital Mr. Coballasi served as Vice President of FondElec Capital Advisors in New York one of the first private equity firms to invest in Latin America where he helped managed a PE portfolio of over $600Mn USD of mainly telecom and energy investments in Brazil Mexico and the United States. Before FondElec Mr. Coballasi worked as a consultant for Deloitte Consulting/Braxton Associates and served clients in Mexico Argentina Central America and the United States. Mr. Coballasi holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Northwestern s Kellogg School of Management. Additionally Pablo serves as a mentor for Endeavor and Wayra Mexico and is a member of Mexico s Institute for Financial Executives (IMEF) and serves in its Entrepreneurship National Committee.
