Since 2010 He has been President and CEO of Heifer International. He leads an enormously passionate team of professionals around the world. At Heifer They work tirelessly with communities of smallholder farmers to go from lives of extreme poverty to self sustaining prosperity. They equip farmers with the tools education and livestock they need to bring about their own positive changes. Together we are changing the world for the better to the tune of 20.7 million families since 1944. My 40 years of business and nonprofit experience (ranging from Coca Cola USA to CARE) have positioned me well to lead Heifer International to be an innovative nonprofit for the 21st Century. In a world where 870 million people go to bed hungry each night this could not be more important work for me.
