Raphael Rosen

Overview

Raphael Rosen served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Just Energy a leading solar energy developer in New York. At Just Energy Raphael was charged with fueling the company s growth. He founded and directed the engineering sales marketing recruitment and other groups expanding the team by 400%. He also implemented a range of improvements that increased project execution efficiency more than one hundred fold allowing Just Energy to grow from handling 2 3 small projects annually to managing more than two dozen solar projects worth $24 million. Prior to joining Just Energy Raphael evaluated cleantech investment opportunities at Lux Capital. Additionally he developed successful high frequency trading strategies at Tower Research Capital a leading hedge fund. He served as a research fellow at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory exploring super conducting magnets. Raphael holds a Masters in Physics from the University of Cambridge England and a BA from Harvard University summa cum laude in History and Science (Physics).
