Rosemary Byrnes oversees the Foundation's investments in Youth Economic Opportunity, including the Pathways to Progress Initiative - a three-year, $50 million commitment to give 100,000 low-income youth across the United States the opportunity to develop the workplace skills and leadership experience necessary to compete in a 21st century economy. Prior to this role, Rosemary held a number of positions in community engagement functions at Citi and the Citi Foundation, including Director of Citi Volunteers
