Overview
Tad Parzen specializes in devising and implementing sustainable solutions to complex problems. Mr. Parzen has extensive experience in nonprofit management and executive leadership. Serving as the Founder and Executive Director of the Partnership for the City Heights Partnership, Mr. Parzen created San Diego’s first “cradle to college or career” collective impact effort. Mr. Parzen also served as the Executive Vice President of Price Charites where he was responsible for all grants, programs, and outcomes in education, environmental, health, social service, safety and economics. Mr. Parzen is an accomplished lawyer with diverse commercial trial and litigation experience, past positions include General Counsel for San Diego Unified School District and Partner at Hillyer and Irwin Legal Firm. Mr. Parzen extends his expertise to several nonprofits; currently serving on United Jewish Federation of San Diego County’s Board. Mr. Parzen earned his B.A. in philosophy from UCLA and his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
