Virginia main roles are to evaluate the success and sustainability of the charity and to make corporate decisions in good time. She represent the Charity for civic and professional liaison both in the UK & Romania. She lead the development communication and implementation of the organisations vision and strategy through all personnel and stakeholders. She promote leadership that attracts followers and she is responsible for the management of compliance and corporate governance together with all organisational resources.
