Overview
Ajit Singh brings to any organisation 19 years of the experience from having worked in diverse environments and the most challenging situations. Having started his career as an army officer where being in the midst of communities from across the length and breadth of the country – from Ladakh to Bangalore, Assam to Rajasthan - after a 13 year career he chose to return to the same communities as a development professional. Subsequently, he has been engaged in running vocational training operations across the country. A graduate from Mumbai University in Micro biology Honours, his career spans 13 years in the Armed forces, 4 years in the corporate sector and more than three years working in the development sector as a vocational training and livelihood promotion specialist in rural and urban India engaging with the communities. During his assignment with the Army he has been a Group Testing Officer responsible for recruitment of young officers and shaping the future of the Indian army. He has been a consultant in Outbound Training and Team building techniques including profiling of employees for various companies as well as a Qualified Lead Auditor in QMS ISO 9001:2000 formulating processes as per International Standards QMS ISO 9001:2000.
