Before joining Calysta, served for more than 10 years as President & CEO and a director of Codexis, Inc., developer of cost-advantaged processes for production of biofuels, bio-based chemicals and pharmaceuticals. Completed an IPO and expanded from a start-up to a global industrial biotechnology company with operations in the U.S., South America, Europe and Asia. Serve as a biotechnology advisor to the governments of the United Kingdom and Malaysia. Frequent speaker on energy to leading business and industry conferences.
