Overview

Andrew Simpson as Managing Director of Imani Development International has a proven track record of over 20 years in Senior Management positions with international companies across multi-site and multi-discipline teams. Among a wide array of competencies, he has extensive experience in operational performance management, organisational change, programme design/evaluation and training development across both the public/private sectors as well as on donor-funded programmes. Formerly the MD of Imani Development in South Africa, Andrew is now concurrently also the Managing Director of Imani Development International Ltd based in Cape Town, having led an MBO of the company in 2013. Imani has operated as a leading economic development consultancy in southern and eastern Africa for more than 30 years.
