Overview
Angel grew up in Charlotte, NC and received a B.A. in communications and journalism from UNC, Wilmington. She moved to Chicago after graduation and became a flight attendant for United, traveling the world for 3 years. After meeting her husband, a resident of Charleston, she moved back south and the rest is history. An enthusiastic “people person”, she enjoys writing and has free-lanced for several websites, recently wrote a “children’s foodie” book and is the author of leFrenchTwist.com. Angel is passionate about keeping families healthy and our communities strong; she co-founded Local Foods with her husband with that as her number one goal in mind.
