Overview
Brian Bohaty is Executive Vice President of Operations for Retirement and Individual Financial Services. In this role, Mr. Bohaty is responsible for developing and delivering the end-to-end service experience for individual and institutional clients. Mr. Bohaty has direct oversight and accountability for the firm’s “service delivery hub,” comprised of customer contact centers, middle office support functions and back-office operations for the company’s pension, IRA, brokerage and mutual fund businesses.
