Overview

He is currently a Social Worker in training working for a nonprofit organisation with a purpose of engaging with service users to empower advocate and provide the additional support they need. he's currently working in a Children and Families Sector which has helped me focus on the appropriate model and approaches when working with Children and Families. From this experience He have expanded my knowledge around using resources during direct work sessions. He will be working next year in a statutory setting in the Adults Sector expanding on my skills and knowledge around Social Work. He have previously undertaken work experience due to the Social Work BA's requirements at the University of Birmingham. This has consisted of working along side Support Workers at Barnardo's Charity shadowing carers at a Residential Care Home and at a Nursery working along side other members of staff to promote children's development needs and well being.
