Overview
Mr. Parmar has more than 20 years of experience as a senior executive and a director of high growth Canadian companies. Prior to joining Ostara he was the CFO of a local family office where he managed investments capital and M&A activity for a portfolio of growing businesses located in Western Canada. He was also the CFO of two Vancouver based technology companies where he led their going public processes on the TSX and AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Parmar holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of British Columbia is a graduate of the Ivey Executive Management Program at the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
