Overview

Mr. Yingst was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at RedZone since October 2012. He has been responsible for the P&L managing all Sales Operations Engineering and Development functions. As the COO he has led the company to double digit growth and has implemented the processes for future growth. Prior to joining RedZone Mr. Yingst had previous senior management positions within Siemens (OTCMKTSSIEGY) for ten years. In his last role there he was the Vice President of Finance for Siemens Water Technologies where he established and led the organization s financial operations in 48 countries with full P&L responsibility. In this role Mr. Yingst managed all financial and operational performance established and implemented six global operational centers of excellence and put in place key performance indicators to track and measure results. During this time the organization achieved over 100% growth in orders revenue and operating margin. He has specific experience in the U.S. and international water/wastewater market has been involved in numerous international and domestic acquisitions and integrations and had a lead role in the development of a consolidated US entity focused on the industrial and municipal markets. Mr. Yingst holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lebanon Valley College where he was a Presidential scholar.
