Overview

Dan Tishman serves as Chairman of the Board of Ecorithm. He also serves on numerous other corporate boards including Tishman Realty Tishman Construction and AECOM where he is Vice Chair and a board member.Mr. Tishman has a passion for science and a long standing commitment to driving advances to solve environmental challenges including being a major force behind the green building movement. Previous to Ecorithm he was a founder of Innovative Construction and Building Materials a successful startup which developed technologies to enhance critical properties of building materials.Mr. Tishman has many outside civic and philanthropic interests. He is the Chairman of the Board of the Natural Resources Defense Council one of the world s leading environmental advocacy organizations. He also serves on the boards of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine the National September 11 Memorial & Museum and the Real Estate Board of New York. In 2015 New York Governor Cuomo asked Mr. Tishman to chair his Airport Master Plan Advisory Panel to transform New York s airports.Mr. Tishman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Planning from Evergreen State College and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Lesley College.
