David Troy is the Founder and the current Director of Baltimore Angels, a company with a mission to invest profitably in the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem and advance early stage innovators to the next stage of capital formation. He has a background in telecommunications and computing, with an emphasis on databases, automation, web technology, user interface design and IP/PSTN interfaces. Established expertise in VoIP technology, object oriented design, and extensive experience in ISP business.
