Overview
Dee joined NOAH in 2016 to oversee operations and coordinate the implementation of NOAH s new strategic plan which calls for growing and expanding its loan products and programs. Dee previously served as an Executive Vice President for the Housing Partnership Network (HPN) overseeing membership peer learning governance policy and internal operations. Prior to HPN Dee spent 22 years as the Executive Director of REACH Community Development a leading regional nonprofit housing developer and owner serving the Portland metro area.
