Has gained a wealth of experience in the private equity industry in both Africa and the USA. He worked for Wachovia Corporate and Investment Bank in the USA for ten years on both their Leveraged Acquisition Finance and Distressed/Special Financing teams before joining Rockwell Collins to execute middle market investment deals and ultimately founding Kalahari Capital Partners executing SME PE deals in Africa. Dennis holds a Masters in International Finance and Banking and an MBA from Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.
