Overview

Duda is a managing partner of Gera since Feb. 2010 and is currently co-CEO of Grupo Eleva Educação. She began her career at McKinsey RJ (2005 to 2007) and then worked with private equity in PCP- UBS Pactual (2007 - 2009). There, she covered the education and consumption sectors and was involved in the following relevant deals: Fanor, a university in the North East, participating in rounds of capitalization and sale; and on the M&A and management reorganization of Inbrands, a holding company focused on the fashion market. Duda also worked at de Department of Education of the City of RJ (2009 - 2010), coordinating a strategic project on early childhood, with a budget approx. $ 400M. Duda graduated in business admin. from University of Virginia, USA.
