Overview
Mr. Antoun joins Akros Silicon with 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Most recently he was president & CEO of AccelOps Inc a venture backed software start up that delivers a real time multi domain monitoring solution for network infrastructures and data centers. Prior to AccelOps Mr. Antoun helped spin out MediSens from UCLA s Wireless Health Institute and before that was an entrepreneur in residence at Eldorado Ventures. Since 2000 Mr. Antoun has been CEO of Genesis Microchip (acquired by STMicroelectronics) Pixim Inc and MediaQ (acquired by Nvidia). His prior experience also includes nine years in senior management roles at LSI Logic Corporation including as president of LSI Logic (Japan). Mr. Antoun holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
