Enrique is a Serial entrepreneur and inventor with 5 successful exits. He co founded his first company VoiceIQ in 1989 while a senior at the University of Texas at Austin where he studied Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. He brought Internet to the country of Colombia in 1995 through Telesat the country s first Internet service provider exiting in 2005 with over 1000 employees as the largest national ISP. Took telephonic communications to rural areas of the country and developed 2 successful Internet portals. He also served as the Management Information Systems Director for the cellular phone company Cocelco (now Telefonica) in Colombia and was an engineering professor at the Universidad Javeriana for 8 years.Current venture Papatel connects immigrants with their families abroad with innovative remittances and communications.
