Harald long experience has derived from having developed his own retail business and more senior roles within international Listed companies. His experience spans the Swedish, Scandinavian/Nordic, European and global markets. Harald previous jobs and assignments required to work with many different stakeholders/clients. Changes and challenges is driving for him. For him as a manager it's important to encourage his employees to work together as a team inspiring them to take initiatives in order to develop the business and them self to reach their own as well as the goals of the organization.
