She is responsible for assuring the effectiveness of the internal operational controls maintain and exceed established target and quality standards provide departmental budget management oversight lead timely product testing and roll out processes defining effective policies and procedure that assure efficient operation and eliminate bottlenecks that affect inter departmental productivity.
