Overview

Henry oversees operations for over 30 Head Start locations. He formerly served as the Deputy Secretary for the Department of Children and Families for the State of Wisconsin. Henry coordinated the creation of the Department, including overseeing the Head Start State Collaboration Office, the state’s CCDF program, and the state’s child care regulatory functions. Henry began his career working as a Special Assistant to Marian Wright Edelman at the Children's Defense Fund, after graduating from Harvard University magna cum laude. Henry earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he focused on social entrepreneurship.
