Jo is the Director of Organisational Development at Stafford and Rural Homes a high performing Housing Association in Staffordshire. She started her career at ALPHA Airports as a HR Manager she then moved onto Unilever and gained valuable experience within the Food Manufacturing sector. From Unilever she moved to ARGOS (Home Retail Group) as Regional HR Manager for the Distribution side of the Business. Jo has a passion for Employee engagement and culture change and has successfully influenced the People agenda at Stafford and Rural Homes.
