Joanne Cholerton

Overview

Joanne is responsible for ensuring excellent performance in all of our contracts and supporting the development of new business. She is a dynamic practitioner with over 17 years experience of effectively delivering contracts projects and programmes implementing transformational change and improving performance primarily across the public and third sectors. She has a proven ability in leading individual organisations and partnerships of diverse stakeholders to review their strategy and operations and implement a robust infrastructure that enables them to achieve their outcomes.Previously Joanne was an Independent Management Consultant who successfully won and delivered over 30 consultancy contracts and projects working with and for a wide range of organisations operational and strategic partnerships. These included Regional and National Government Departments Councils Police Forces Healthcare Service Providers and Third Sector Organisations.Joanne has an MBA from Durham University and is a Prince2 Registered Practitioner.
