John Hyland

Overview

ohn Hyland is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Sales Director of Assured Labor. John brings 15 years of professional experience from within the software, Internet and recruitment industries. Prior to joining Assured Labor, John spent 8 years with Monster Worldwide where he initiated the Emerging Markets business unit for Monster, directing the launch of the Monster business into Mexico, Brasil, Russia and Turkey. John was responsible for all aspects of managing these businesses including business planning, launch strategy and staffing of local teams. Under his leadership, the Emerging Markets business grew to over 110 people and US$20M in annual sales. Prior to joining Monster’s Emerging Market’s group he was initially responsible for the sales planning and segmentation strategy for a nearly 400 person sales team in North America. John also spent 7 years with Parametric Technology (PTC), a leading enterprise software provider, helping the company build and expand its global reseller network from a single partner to over 250 worldwide. John is a graduate of St. Michael’s College in Vermont and received his MBA from the Isenberg School at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
