Overview
MIT-trained engineer with physics background. Research currently focuses on waste management and renewable energy in emerging markets (e.g. India, Kenya), in particular on the valorization of biomass waste. Founded and invested in waste management projects (with paying customers) in Kenya. Seven years of project implementation and low-cost design experience for social entrepreneurship and community development in the emerging markets. Interested in a career with a global impact and committed in particular to the sustainable development of underserved regions.
