Kim Walls is the founder of Episencial. As a fourth generation entrepreneur and second generation health & wellness expert Kim supports business growth from the ground up lending core strengths in brand strategy product development retail expansion and eCommerce.Experience with consumer started in her father s garage when she was very little helping to grow Epicuren a luxury anti aging skincare brand into a multimillion dollar business. After graduating from UCSB she led market research projects for Fortune 500 brands including Pepsi and Del Monte then went on to join a tech startup that was absorbed by a leading online health business. She has also founded and sold businesses of my own including the baby skincare brand Episencial with an exit to venture in 2014.Her work as a natural products industry expert has been featured in publications including WWD Real Simple Fit Pregnancy Huffington Post and on air by the CBS Early Show and Good Morning America and also named one of the 9 Wonder Women of the Natural Industry by New Hope Media for leadership leveraging technology in early stage brands to help them grow from concept past their first $1MM.Currently She is leading a very rapidly growing cosmetics company in Southern California and active in the non profit sector with passion projects such as 2020 Mom the Environmental Working Group and Best Ever Baby. Her favorite way to sell products is cross border global eCommerce.
