Larry founded Restoration Capital in 2007 and serves as its Executive Managing Director. Larry and the Restoration Capital team have been successful in acquiring some of the most sought after real estate projects in our area and developing them into upscale quality condominium homes for its customers. Their most recent acquisitions include Hatters Point Condominiums a waterfront community offering its residents breathtaking views The Village at Magnolia Shores a 45 unit high end condominium community and The Village at West Gloucester a senior lifestyle community of 34 duplex style condominiums. Hatters Point is located in Amesbury MA and both The Village at Magnolia Shores and The Village at West Gloucester are located in Gloucester MA. To ensure all facets of development meet the exacting standards required for their customers Larry also serves as the Executive Managing Director for Hatters Point Capital and Magnolia Reach Capital
