Guided by a passion and commitment to make a real and sustainable difference, Leesa makes things happen by combining a dynamic, entrepreneurial approach together with extensive expertise - ranging from identifying and developing ideas, creating partnerships, managing relationships to project management and 'on the ground' operations. Before establishing Adessy Associates, Leesa worked for 8 years as an independent sustainability consultant with international clients including Alcan Inc, Rio Tinto and UNESCO. She specialised in developing and delivering highly prestigious and successful Prize programmes, which provided the insight, inspiration and drive to create Adessy Associates. Her wide ranging experience includes advising a property development company on how to integrate eco build techniques and ethos. She is a qualified teacher and practitioner of Yoga and Buddhism.
