Matt Gardner is the founder and chief executive of the California Technology Council. Matt brings together backgrounds in economic development, nonprofit management and startups in his approach to building the CTC. Prior to the CTC, Matt was a Senior Vice President at TechAmerica, and has a track record of leadership at organizations including BayBio and the Technology Council of Maryland.
