Michael Suarez

Overview

Michael Suarez joins us at WCCN as a Business Data Analyst/IT Administrator through an internship with AIESEC, a non-profit leadership development organization with programs in more than 120 countries. AIESEC serves youth through experiential learning, volunteer experiences and professional internships and other exchanges.Born and raised in Panama City, Panama, Michael studied at Universidad Latina de Panama in Telematics Engineering, but for the past 3 years has worked with AIESEC on the leadership development program in Panama and El Salvador, most recently as the National Program Director. He worked in the areas of organizational development, business development and customer service, laying the groundwork for the social development program (to receive interns for social projects) and coach manager for the local committees.He chose WCCN because he realized from the job description and management team how different WCCN is, not only because it has a cause that directly impacts my Latin American neighbors, but because everybody in the organization is trying to achieve the ambitious goal of serving more borrowers with their financing.
