Overview

Nicole Bracy, Ph.D., is highly accomplished in community research with more than a decade of multi-disciplinary experience coordinating and directing large research programs at various universities. As a trained criminologist, Ms. Bracy’s specialties include social and behavioral research methods; community outreach for at-risk families and violence in schools. Ms. Bracy recently led an analysis for Social Finance to determine the improved outcomes for probationers who participate in job training and placement services delivered by the Center for Employment Opportunities. This analysis was a key element in determining the feasibility of establishing a social impact bond in San Diego addressing recidivism.
