Overview

I got into startups when a couple school friends and my self created VISIO a student company specialized in waste management and recycling which won 2012 INJAZ company program in Lebanon and Best Social Impact Award in the Regional Competition for Arab Young Entrepreneurs in Doha Qatar. Since then I got really engaged in the world of entrepreneurship winning 15 awards such as Intel Sci entrepreneurship Innovation Camp in Jordan Lebanon s Innovation Weekend Achieving Creative Entrepreneurship Award Make Sense social impact competition In 2016 I was selected between thousands of applicants to represented Lebanon in an intensive summer exchange program funded by the US Department of State. The program includes an academic coursework as well as study tours to various regions of the US. The purpose of the program is to develop the student s leadership skills and understanding of civil society. My extracurricular experience interpersonal skills and knowledge that I gained from studying industrial engineering and minoring in economics are now being put to use to help me accomplish my purpose in life. I want to solve problems facing my community one problem at a time today decent clothing for underprivileged communities at affordable prices tomorrow God knows what.
