Patrick Archie
Overview
Patrick is a lecturer in the Earth Systems Program and the Department of Earth System Science in the School of Earth Energy & Environmental Sciences. Patrick studied agroecology at the University of California Berkeley in the Department of Environmental Science Policy and Management. He has worked for over 20 years developing sustainable urban agriculture and food justice programs and integrating this work with undergraduate education. His interests include agroecosystem design urban and peri urban food systems sustainable community development alternative land tenure models food justice experiential education and community based learning. Patrick began working for Stanford in the summer of 2011.
