Overview
Pere Selles co founder and a native of Barcelona started his career in the food business in the Spanish restaurants of Chicago in 1992. When he moved to Seattle in 1995 he discovered that the city was devoid of Spanish cuisine and made his personal quest to remedy the situation. Pere loves outdoors activities is a former Ironman racer and avid mountain biker and currently spends most of his time running after his 3 year old son. He lives in Seattle with his wife Gingi son Xavi dog Baxter and Tux (the cat). Pere sits on the board for a Community Fund in southern Colorado and serves in the management committee for a 36000 acres forest land under a Nature Conservancy easement in Colorado.
