Peris is a co-founder of FarmDrive; a startup that develops tech-enabled solutions to ensure financial inclusion of smallholder farmers.Traditional finance systems require credit history, credit scores and collateral, all of which are out of reach for most of the rural population; they simply are not built to serve smallholder farmers. FarmDrive provides non-traditional credit profiling that suits the financial lives of smallholder farmers.
