Overview

Radha Muthiah is the Chief Executive Officer of the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves. Since joining the Alliance in 2011, Radha has developed and implemented a disciplined sector strategy that has put the Alliance ahead of target on its way to reaching the goal of 100 million households adopting clean cookstoves and fuels by 2020. She has more than 20 years of experience in leading operations for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations and is a passionate advocate for multi-sector collaboration as a means to solve systemic problems. Radha has made a deep personal and professional commitment to the promotion of global health and sustainable development through innovative and high-impact approaches. Before joining the Alliance, she served as the Vice President for Strategic Partnerships and Alliances at CARE International, USA.
