Overview
Raghu is the founder President and CEO of E-Hands Energy. He is an active member of Asian Development Bank’s (ADB’s) “Energy for All” program and is a regular speaker in the ADB circuit. Raghu’s 30 years career track includes leadership/CXO positions in leading, global organization in the space of automobiles, pharmaceuticals, electronics component, IT/ITeS and Telecom. Prior to founding E-Hands Energy, Raghu has held senior roles as Head – TQM at Eicher, Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Dr. Reddy’s and Head of US Operations at Polaris. Raghu devotes significant time to community building, enabling better livelihood for differently abled people and children with special needs. He shoulders the responsibility as Treasurer of United Way Chennai and is also the Managing Trustee of a US-funded charity operating in Uttar Pradesh, the SVT Foundation which focuses on vocational skills for rural youth.
