Overview
Ricaute Carrera has been with the company since the beginning. He has worked with the company since 1995 and serves as our principal foreman, responsible for planting preparation activities and silvicultural work. He started at Futuro Forestal as a field worker and was gradually promoted as he developed his managerial and technical knowledge. He has no university degree, but his unique appreciation for nature, local forestry knowledge and acquired academic knowledge make him an infinite source of information. Prior to Futuro Forestal he worked in construction and agriculture.
