Robert Elliott was elected as the firm’s new senior partner in 2011 for a five-year term. He was previously Global Head of Banking; specialist in Corporate Restructuring. He has a very wide experience of financial transactions, cross-border financing and acting for financial institutions on M&A and regulatory matters.
